Medical: Group Practice Administration

The healthcare industry’s bottom line is ever-changing, from insurance regulations at the top to day-to-day expenses. The business chief at a healthcare clinic has many responsibilities, many employees, and many bosses. Add to that the knowledge that the business’ “customers” are sick and need help. Finding a way to provide the best clinical outcome in a challenging environment is just another day at the office.
