Mallory Replaces Perl as Head of Logistics Council
W. Neely Mallory III, president of Mallory Alexander International Logistics, is the new chair of the Greater Memphis Chamber's Regional Logistics Council. He replaces Arnold Perl, an attorney and chair of the Memphis and Shelby County Airport Authority.
The logistics council is responsible for pushing the logistics agenda in the Memphis area and works with the Aerotropolis Initiative, an effort to build the city's infrastructure around Memphis International Airport. Council members hail from the warehousing, engineering/design, economic development and supply chain sectors.
Neely is past president of the Memphis World Trade Club and has served on the boards of the National Cotton Council, Cotton Council International, and the Agricultural Ocean Transportation Commission. Mallory Alexander International Logistics is one of the largest third-pary logistics organizations in the U.S.
Mallory will serve a two-year term.
