CEO of the Year Award Nominations

It's time for MBQ's 2nd Annual CEO of the Year Awards, and we're now accepting nominations. All nominations are due by midnight December 31st, 2012, and winners will be announced at the CEO of the Year breakfast on February 20th, 2013.
One winner will be chosen for each of these categories.
Companies with:
- more than 1,000 employees
- 200-1,000 employees
- 50-200 employees
- 1-50 employees
Be sure to include the nominee's name, company, and why they're deserving on your nomination.
