U.S. News Names Ogletree Deakins “Law Firm of the Year”
Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms representing management, has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in both the Litigation – Labor & Employment and the Employment Law – Management categories in the 2013 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Law Firms” list. This prestigious honor is only given to one law firm in each nationally ranked practice area, and this is the second consecutive time that the firm has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in the Litigation – Labor & Employment category.
In Memphis, Ogletree Deakins earned “First-Tier” rankings in three categories: Employment Law – Management, Labor Law – Management, and Litigation – Labor & Employment. Nationally, the firm is recognized with four “First-Tier” rankings in the following employment law categories: Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, Employment Law – Management, Labor Law – Management, and Litigation – Labor & Employment.
“We are grateful to our clients for the generous feedback they have provided to make our high performance on this list possible,” said Kim Ebert, Managing Shareholder of Ogletree Deakins, in a press release. “Our model of providing excellent value and premier client service continues to define our approach, and our attorneys’ commitment to those values is evidenced by this recognition.”
