Financial Federal has executed a lease to occupy 27,000 square feet on the first and second floors of the Renaissance Center at 1715 Aaron Brenner Drive. The bank, which specializes in customized residential, business, and private banking solutions, will move all of its offices and operations to the new location from its current office on Humphreys Boulevard.

“Financial Federal is not just moving – we’re moving forward,” says Financial Federal’s President William Tayloe. “Our deposits and loan portfolios have seen remarkable growth over the past several years. We have been fortunate to deepen our relationships with our existing customers while continuing to gain market share. The bank’s leadership has been discussing a possible relocation for some time. When the Renaissance Center presented itself as an opportunity, we knew that it would be the perfect place to launch the next phase in our growth.”

This announcement comes in the midst of many changes for the bank, which was founded in 1985. Over the course of the past year, Financial Federal has made investments in technology that will enable them to offer new services, such as online and mobile banking. The bank also recently introduced checking to its line of products.

“Our address may be changing but our commitment to doing what we do best – advising our customers and helping them reach their goals – never will,” says Kent Wunderlich, Financial Federal’s CEO.

I certainly hope the city gave them a tax break for moving.
